3. Sie sind nicht berechtigt, FinLens OS zu vermieten oder zu verleasen.!
4. FinLens OS „ist wie sie ist“ und wird ohne Gewährleistung irgendwelcher Art zur Verfügung gestellt. !
5. Eine Garantie für fehlerfreie Funktion „unter allen Umständen“ gibt es nicht.!
6. Ein Anspruch auf Rückgabe oder Umtausch ergibt sich in keinen Fall.!

Systemvoraussetzung ist ein Windows PC, State of the Art. F.O.S. funktioniert nicht auf MacOS Betriebssystemen.
